Most websites other than the most basic ones use what is called a CMS, or content management system, such as Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla. For various reasons we are presently investigating the possibility of using a CMS different from our current one, so we feel there is no point in developing the site much more at this time. With any luck we'll have a fresh look and a functional set of forums by the new year.
